FST80BBS is a two-component moisture-proof and fireproof sealing compound for electrical cabinets, switchgear, box-type substations, cable branch boxes, ring main units, terminal boxes and cable entry areas. With low viscosity and good fluidity after mixing, it can flow into gaps and self-level on the sealing surface before curing.
After curing, the material forms an elastomeric protective barrier that helps seal cabinet bases, cable entries and cable trench openings against moisture, dust, toxic gas and small-animal intrusion. It bonds tightly to cable sheaths and surrounding building structures without corrosion reaction, helping improve moisture protection and fireproof sealing reliability in power, communication and rail transit applications.

Clean the target sealing area and remove dust, debris, oil and other contaminants.
Seal holes and gaps at the bottom with fireproof mud before pouring the compound.
Open Component A and stir it fully if any material has settled at the bottom.
Pour Component B into Component A according to the specified package ratio.
Mix thoroughly until the material is uniform in color and consistency.
Pour the mixed compound into the target sealing area before the working time expires.
Allow the material to self-level and cure to complete the installation.
Stir Component A thoroughly before mixing if any sediment is found at the bottom of the container.
Use the mixed material promptly after Component A and Component B are combined, as curing will begin after mixing and air exposure.
Make sure the application area is clean and free from large debris, dust, oil or other contaminants to avoid affecting adhesion.
Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of accidental contact, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Follow the specified package ratio and do not dilute or modify the material unless approved by VOLSUN.
