VOLSUN
VS-GF2001 is a two-component, heat-curing silicone heat conduction sealant with good insulation and pressure resistance characteristics and thermal stability, safe and reliable use, and has good reworkable performance. It is applied to new energy battery Pack, automotive electronic control unit, 5G communication base station, power device and cooling plate or machine shell, can effectively exclude air, to achieve good filling effect.
Silicone thermal conductive gap filler gel has a relatively high thermal conductivity, enabling it to effectively transfer heat, reduce thermal resistance, and improve heat dissipation efficiency. Also, the silicone material itself possesses good electrical insulation properties, ensuring the safe use of electronic products and power devices, etc.

Clean the surface of the bonded or coated object to remove rust, dust, oil, etc
Unscrew the glue cap, install the static mixer, and use the manual/automatic glue gun to squeeze glue onto the cleaned surface
After gluing, attach the second surface to it and apply slight pressure to fix it
The use environment should be free of large debris or other pollutants to avoid affecting the adhesion of materials and objects
Before the material is fully cured, avoid other objects from touching the material, which may affect the appearance and performance of the material
Keep this product away from the mouth and eyes. If it enters the mouth and eyes accidentally, rinse it with clean water or go to the hospital
Keep the lid closed and store in the original packaging at room temperature away from light
The product shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture
