Excellent high temperature resistance: The product can work stably for a long time in the temperature range of -40℃ to 200℃, effectively avoiding the hardening or embrittlement of traditional materials caused by temperature fluctuations, and ensuring continuous and reliable thermal conductivity.


Excellent thermal conductivity and insulation performance: The thermal conductivity coefficient is as high as 4.0 W/m·K, which is far higher than ordinary silicone gaskets. At the same time, its excellent insulation performance with breakdown voltage > 9 kV and volume resistivity > 1.0 × 10^13 Ω·cm provides reliable safety protection for electronic equipment.


Excellent flame retardant and environmental protection performance: The flame retardant grade reaches UL94 V-0, which is difficult to burn and dripping when exposed to open flames. Also, the product complies with RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards, does not contain halogens and harmful substances.


Excellent mechanical properties: The hardness range is 25-70 Shore OO, and the thickness can be selected from 0.5mm to 5.0mm, which can fit tightly to irregular interfaces. The tensile strength is ≥ 80 KPa, the elongation at break is ≥ 20%, and the tear resistance is excellent, ensuring that it is not easy to break during long-term use.
