VOLSUN
VOLSUN FST8076 Halogen Free Firestop Acrylic Sealant is a high-performance intumescent fire sealing solution developed for fire protection engineering contractors, building facility operators and industrial system integrators. Compliant with GB23864-2009 national standard, this expandable fireproof sealant for cable penetration delivers exceptional fire resistance, heat insulation and fire expansion properties, designed to block the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gases through wall penetrations and structural gaps. With halogen-free, low-toxicity formulation, excellent chemical resistance and easy application, it provides reliable fire safety protection for a wide range of industrial and commercial building projects.
This intumescent fire stop sealant features a fire expansion rate of ≥300% when exposed to flame, with a combustion rating of V0 and a fire rating of not less than A3, fully meeting national fire protection standards. It forms a dense carbonized insulation layer in case of fire, effectively isolating heat and blocking the spread of fire and smoke. For project clients, this ensures compliance with strict fire protection acceptance requirements, enhances the fire safety level of buildings, and minimizes property and personnel safety risks caused by fire spread.
Adopting a halogen-free, environmentally friendly formulation, this GB compliant fire retardant sealant produces no toxic halogen gas during combustion, with no vertical flow phenomenon for vertical construction. It offers excellent resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion, withstanding 3 days of water, acid and alkali immersion without swelling or cracking, 360 hours of damp heat resistance and 15 freeze-thaw cycles. It also has outstanding adhesion and weather resistance, maintaining stable performance in long-term complex industrial environments, reducing later maintenance and rework costs for facility operators.
This firestop acrylic sealant features simple construction and easy cleaning, adapting to irregular holes and complex gap structures that are difficult to seal with traditional fireproof materials. It can be used in conjunction with other fire protection materials such as fire boards to build a comprehensive fire blocking system. For engineering contractors, this greatly im
proves construction efficiency, reduces material waste, and flexibly adapts to the complex sealing needs of different projects, shortening the project delivery cycle.

This wall hole blocking acrylic sealant provides targeted fire sealing solutions for multiple industrial and commercial scenarios:
Building Fire Protection Engineering: Sealing of through-wall holes, gaps between fire walls, floor slabs and roofs in industrial plants, commercial buildings and residential complexes, helping fire protection contractors complete compliant fire separation projects.
Data Center & Communication Facilities: Fire sealing of cable and cable tray penetrations in computer rooms and data centers, preventing fire spread between equipment rooms and ensuring continuous operation of core data equipment.
**Power & Utility Installations: Fire blocking of power cable penetrations, distribution cabinet holes and pipeline crossings in power plants and substations, ensuring the safety and stability of power supply systems.
**Industrial Manufacturing Facilities: Sealing of process pipeline and cable crossings in fire compartments of chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing plants, adapting to complex industrial environments with acid and alkali corrosion.
We provide flexible customization and supply services to meet the diverse needs of industrial project clients, including customized package specifications, formula adjustments for special working conditions, and supporting fire blocking system solutions. Our mature supply chain supports both free sample testing for pre-construction verification and large-volume bulk orders for full-scale projects, with flexible delivery cycles to match your construction schedule. We also provide professional technical support, including on-site construction guidance and fire protection solution design, to help you complete projects efficiently and compliantly.
It is mainly used for sealing irregular through-wall holes, gaps between fire walls, floor slabs and roofs, as well as fire blocking of cable and cable tray penetrations. It is widely used in building fire protection, data centers, power facilities and industrial plants to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through structural openings.
The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of manufacture. It should be tightly sealed, stored in the original packaging, and kept in a room temperature, light-proof and dry environment to ensure stable performance.
Yes. This acrylic sealant has excellent compatibility, and can be used in conjunction with fire boards and other fire sealing materials to build a more comprehensive and reliable fire blocking system, adapting to complex working conditions. We also provide free samples for clients to conduct on-site testing and performance verification before bulk purchase.
