The 5th Global Electric Vehicle Drive System Technology and Industry Conference was successfully held on August 27–28 in Songjiang, Shanghai. Under the theme "Intelligent Drive Integration, Coopetition and Coexistence," the event brought together numerous well-known domestic and international automakers, electric drive system companies, and industry experts to explore future directions in the electric drive sector. As a key materials solution provider for new energy vehicles, Volsun showcased multiple innovative products at the exhibition, joining industry partners in this collaborative initiative.
Leveraging deep expertise in motor bearing electrical corrosion protection, thermal potting, and wiring harness insulation, Volson has become a important partner in the global new energy vehicle core systems market.
At this event, Volson highlighted three core product solutions:
Motor Bearing Electrical Corrosion Protection Solution — Utilizing a shaft grounding ring (conductive ring) structure, it reduces shaft voltage by over 70%, effectively suppressing electrical corrosion. Verified under extreme operating conditions, the conductive fiber maintains precise adhesion and stable dynamic contact resistance even after over 300,000 km of operation in high-speed, high-power, and high-oil-contamination environments, ensuring lasting and reliable shaft current conduction.
Motor Thermal Potting Protection Solution — VS-EPTP1501 epoxy potting compound and various bonding materials offer excellent thermal conductivity and temperature resistance, with a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/(m·K) and long-term heat resistance up to 180°C, comprehensively ensuring thermal management and structural safety for electric drive units and battery packs.
Motor Wiring Harness Insulation Protection Solution — High-performance silicone fiberglass sleeves, heat shrink tubing, and PPS fiber binding materials provide insulation, flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, and environmental durability, ensuring electrical safety and system stability under complex operating conditions.
Supported by internationally recognized certifications including IATF 16949, ISO systems, and UL, Volson consistently adheres to high standards to ensure product reliability and stable supply. Its products are widely used in new energy vehicle powertrain systems, helping customers enhance driving range and overall safety. Volson’s products and services have earned the trust and support of over 6,000 customers across 88 countries.
This exhibition served not only as a key platform for Volson to demonstrate its brand and technological strengths but also as a valuable opportunity for in-depth exchanges with industry experts and customers worldwide. Moving forward, Volson will continue to innovate high-performance materials, support the development of new energy drive systems, and collaborate with industry partners to create a greener, low-carbon future for mobility.
