EPDM cold shrink tubing is a rubber insulating sleeve that is pre-expanded and installed on an extractable support tube. When using it, just position it and pull out the support tube, it will shrink due to radial pressure and cover the required part. EPDM cold shrink tubing has excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can provide the same effect as a breathing seal, so it is an ideal sealing product for communication cables, coaxial cables, and medium and low-voltage power cables.Meanwhile,it is also effectively waterproof and moisture-proof.
It offers superior resistance to weather and ultraviolet aging compared to heat shrink tubes, ensuring durability even after long-term use.
Unlike silicone rubber cold shrinkable tubes, it provides enhanced puncture resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to acid andalkali.
In harsh environments, it can expand and contract thermally in sync with the workpiece, eliminating gaps and ensuring a tight seal.
Even in windy conditions, it maintains synchronous breathing with the workpiece, maintaining an excellent sealing effect.
Apply for different specifications and power cables below 1KV, it can be used indoors, outdoors, overhead, or in water or buried applications.
