FST‑PLUG Flexible Organic Plugging Material is a high‑performance heat insulation and fireproof sealing compound made from specially formulated organic elastomers and fire‑resistant fillers. It is designed to fill gaps, joints and penetrations in fire‑resistant walls, floors and cable routing systems to help maintain fire resistance integrity while preventing the passage of flame, heat, smoke, toxic gas and water.
The material provides excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, metal and fire barriers, offering long‑term flexible plugging performance that accommodates structural movement. FST‑PLUG is suitable for fire protection sealing and plugging in a wide range of structural environments, including:

Before plugging the holes, clean them up, remove oil and dust, and sort out the cables.
Take out the product, knead it well into a dough, and cut it to a suitable shape. Perform fireproof sealing on the holes and gaps of the cable to be blocked. The plugging thickness should be consistent with the depth of the holes.
For large holes, first use steel structure brackets or fireproof partitions as the skeleton to increase strength, and use in combination with fire retardant bags or inorganic plugging materials.
