Description


Volsun Silicone rubber fiberglass sleeve is a composite material made by weaving alkali-free glass fiber into a tube, then coating the outer layer with silicone rubber and subjecting it to curing treatment. This fiberglass sleeve has high dielectric strength, good flexibility, heat aging resistance, and flame retardancy, with a temperature resistance rating of up to 200°C, performing well in high-temperature environments.

Silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving are widely used in fields such as new energy vehicles, special vehicles, rail transit, and military aerospace, mainly for circuit insulation protection. Their excellent heat resistance also makes them extensively applicable in high-temperature environments such as smelting workshops, power industry, and foundry industry. In addition, this material is also used for insulation protection in H class motors, household appliances, electric heating devices, and special lamps.

In addition to excellent insulation properties, silicone fiberglass braided sleeves also possess good corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and heat dissipation. These characteristics enable them to maintain flexibility and elasticity even at low temperatures (-50°C), without being damaged by temperature changes.
